LIFT Fitness has run many challenges with much success
but one of our ongoing and most popular challenges is our 90 day challenge.
The training consists of the choice of several 90 day training classes
and yoga classes. The classes are a combination of cardiovascular exercises and
weight bearing exercises to ensure you are sweating the whole way through.
Yoga classes consist of power yoga as well as Hatha and Yin and are for all levels
from beginner to advanced. The classes are progressive and the program will be the same
for 2-3 weeks allowing you to build up strength and endurance until we take you to that next level.
Each 2-3 week program becomes a little harder to ensure
that at the end of the 90 days you are the fittest you have ever been!
