LIFT's Group Fitness classes are small and personalized to ensure that you get proper attention.


The classes are taught by Certified Personal Trainers or Yoga instructors and combine Fatburn with Total Body Sculpting for a fun 30 minute Hi/Lo workout followed by a challenging 30 minute muscle conditioning portion.
