Personal Training options for training at LIFT Fitness Boutique Studio
LIFT's Personal Training sessions are conducted by some of the best Personal Trainers in BC.
We will work on core strength, posture, cardiovascular endurance and muscle tone.
We do monthly measurements and goal setting along with body fat analysis to view your progress.
Each session you are given a heart rate monitor that calculates calories burned while training.
We make sure to always keep these sessions fun and interesting by using a variety of equipment
from kickboxing to kettle bells; you will never be bored with a LIFT workout!
