Making a decision to make change happen is half the battle. Once you've made that decision, the rest gets easier. Always show up for yourself, and lean on those who will show up for you too! Here at LIFT, our team is always game to support you and encourage you!


Goal setting is a purposeful process that begins with identifying a new objective, skill, or project you want to achieve. Then, you must devise an actionable plan to accomplish it, and then you work to complete it.
